What you'll do

As the Senior Global Product Manager for Gene Solutions, you will oversee the product line services of the Molecular Biology business. You will lead key new product introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring they align with market needs and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing customer feedback, conducting market research, and managing the product lifecycle from inception to launch. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop product strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing strategies and ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements.

You will report directly to the Director of Global Product Management, Gene Solutions, and will play a critical role in shaping the future of GenScript's product offerings. Your ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly will be essential in communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders. You will also monitor product performance post-launch, making adjustments as necessary to optimize success in the market.
