Kaseya is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Key Accounts to drive customer success and growth. You'll engage with Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations, leveraging Kaseya's IT infrastructure solutions. Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with key accounts, and understand the nuances of managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations. Your consultative approach allows you to identify customer needs and align them with Kaseya's innovative IT solutions. You thrive in a results-oriented environment and are driven by the success of your clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals through effective use of Kaseya's technologies.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking, allowing you to develop tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are proactive in seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of Kaseya.

Your experience in software sales equips you with the knowledge to navigate the competitive landscape of IT infrastructure and security management. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into Kaseya's offerings. You are also adept at using data to inform your decisions and drive improvements in customer engagement.

Desirable

Experience in the IT management or security sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies. A background in working with MSPs will give you an edge in understanding the unique challenges they face and how Kaseya can address them effectively.
