What you'll do

As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new partners joining the Fresha platform. You will work closely with the Professional Services Team Lead to manage the onboarding process, ensuring that all data is accurately migrated and that partners are set up for success. Your role will involve liaising with partners to understand their needs and providing them with the necessary support during their transition to the Fresha ecosystem. You will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the onboarding experience.
