Rover.com is hiring a Lead Data Analyst for their Marketing team to drive data-driven decisions and analyze experiments for global growth. You'll work with SQL, Google Analytics, and A/B Testing to support marketing strategies. This position requires significant experience in data analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly within marketing contexts — you've successfully driven data-driven decisions that have led to measurable growth. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that your insights are both actionable and impactful. You are proficient in Google Analytics, enabling you to track and interpret user behavior and marketing performance metrics. Your experience with A/B Testing means you understand how to design experiments that yield valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviors. You are skilled in data visualization tools, allowing you to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing teams to align data insights with strategic goals. You are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, understanding that varied perspectives lead to better outcomes.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the Marketing team, ensuring that data informs every decision made.
