Overview

Xometry is seeking a Director of Supplier Sales to lead a team of Account Executives and drive growth in their supplier sales channel. This role requires strategic leadership and a focus on sales process optimization.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing data-driven sales strategies that align with business objectives. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify market demands and adapt your approach accordingly. You excel in leading teams, providing coaching and guidance to help your team members achieve their individual and collective sales goals. You foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment, ensuring that your team is motivated and equipped to succeed.

You are skilled in sales process optimization, continuously evaluating and improving sales processes to enhance pipeline management and forecasting discipline. Your analytical skills enable you to assess customer outcomes and implement improvements that drive revenue performance. You understand the importance of leveraging digital marketing solutions to support sales efforts and are adept at aligning these solutions with customer needs.

Desirable

Experience in a digital marketplace or advertising solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the manufacturing industry. You are comfortable working with data and metrics to inform your decisions and drive results. Your leadership style is inclusive, and you value the contributions of each team member, encouraging them to share ideas and collaborate effectively.

What you'll do

As the Director of Supplier Sales at Xometry, you will play a critical role in growing the advertiser base and driving consistent revenue performance. You will lead a team of Account Executives, providing them with the support and resources they need to excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Xometry's overall business objectives. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for growth and ensure that they are leveraging the full breadth of Thomas digital marketing solutions.

You will continuously evaluate the supplier sales process, looking for ways to optimize pipeline management and improve forecasting accuracy. Your focus will be on enhancing overall sales execution and customer outcomes, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet ambitious sales and growth goals. You will collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

In this leadership role, you will also be responsible for fostering a high-performing sales culture within your team. You will provide coaching and mentorship to your Account Executives, helping them develop their skills and achieve their individual sales targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating an environment where team members feel supported and motivated to succeed.
