Zopa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and build the customer experience for their Current Account. You'll play a crucial role in transforming the banking experience and driving user engagement. You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services sector — you understand the nuances of banking and have a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. You thrive in autonomous roles where you can take ownership of product strategy and execution, and you are unafraid to embrace unconventional challenges to achieve ambitious goals.
Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions — you are comfortable conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and defining success metrics that align with business objectives.
