Restaurant365 is seeking an Instructional Video Designer to create engaging instructional video content that enhances client adoption and supports learning strategies. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and instructional expertise.
You have a strong background in instructional design and video production, with a keen eye for visual storytelling. Your experience allows you to transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences that resonate with clients. You possess excellent project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and deliverables. You are comfortable working autonomously, making creative decisions that align with instructional objectives and brand standards. Your ability to balance artistry with precision ensures that the final product meets high-quality standards.
Experience with various video editing software and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with instructional design principles. You may have a portfolio showcasing your previous work in instructional video design, demonstrating your ability to create compelling content that drives learning outcomes.
In this role, you will design and produce high-quality instructional videos that support client adoption of Restaurant365’s products. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex product concepts and translate them into engaging visual narratives. Your creative autonomy will allow you to determine the visual approach, pacing, and structure of each video project. You will manage the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all content aligns with instructional goals and brand standards. You will also be responsible for scoping project timelines and deliverables, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the production process. Your work will play a crucial role in advancing Restaurant365’s learning and certification strategy, ultimately enhancing the client experience.
