Overview

InDebted is seeking a VP of Sales to drive growth and shape the U.S. market strategy. You'll identify and close new business opportunities, particularly with enterprise clients in various sectors. This role requires extensive experience in business development and a strong network in the industry.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an experienced business development professional with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the financial services, telecommunications, utilities, and fintech sectors. With over 5 years of experience, you have successfully identified, developed, and closed new business opportunities, particularly with enterprise and mid-market clients. Your strong network and connections within these industries enable you to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Compliance, Client Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to deliver best-in-class client experiences. You are passionate about using technology to enhance customer experiences and are committed to reimagining the collections industry by putting the customer at the center of everything you do.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in sales processes. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle the challenges of a rapidly expanding organization. You understand the importance of compliance in the collections industry and are able to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a focus on customer relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape and scale InDebted's U.S. growth strategy, working closely with the executive team to define and execute the commercial strategy. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network to engage with potential clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies that align with the company's goals, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve growth objectives. As a leader, you will mentor and guide your sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
