Overview

Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive new business and expansion pipeline. You'll work with cross-functional teams and leverage data to inform campaign decisions. This role requires a strong background in marketing and campaign management.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in campaign management, particularly in a revenue-focused marketing environment. Your creativity shines through in your ability to develop integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results. You understand the importance of data in shaping campaign strategies and are adept at using analytics to track success metrics. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional partners such as Product, Design, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your campaigns. You are detail-oriented and ready to roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns across various marketing channels.

Desirable

Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) company is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Mixpanel that facilitate data-driven decision-making. You have a strong understanding of metrics that matter for campaign success and can translate complex data into actionable insights. Your background includes working with diverse marketing channels, including paid media, email, and webinars, allowing you to create comprehensive marketing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and launching campaigns that generate new business and expand existing pipelines. You will establish milestones and track progress to ensure that campaigns meet their objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to align on messaging and execution, ensuring that all campaigns are cohesive and impactful. You will analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve future initiatives. You will also be tasked with reporting on campaign outcomes to stakeholders, providing insights that drive future marketing efforts.
