Who you are

You are a commercially-experienced energy professional with a proven track record in managing energy supply for data centers. With a strong understanding of both regulated and organized markets, you have successfully navigated utility negotiations and built relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise spans across commercial, regulatory, market, technical, and financial aspects of energy supply, making you a well-rounded candidate for this role.

You have a deep understanding of electricity regulation and policy, and you are adept at managing utility relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective energy supply. Your experience in both regulated markets like WECC and RTO markets such as ERCOT and SPP positions you as a valuable asset to Meta's Energy Team. You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills can shine.

You are passionate about sustainability and committed to developing a clean and renewable energy portfolio. Your ability to analyze market trends and regulatory changes allows you to make informed decisions that align with Meta's global energy strategy. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in negotiating contracts with utilities and energy suppliers is a plus. Familiarity with emerging technologies in the energy sector and their implications for data centers will enhance your candidacy.
