You are an experienced Executive Assistant with at least 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives. You are proactive and highly organized, capable of managing complex schedules and administrative tasks with ease. Your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail allow you to handle confidential information with discretion, making you a trusted partner to the executives you support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at multitasking, ensuring that no detail is overlooked in your work. Your ability to coordinate and manage projects effectively is a key asset, as you follow up on action items and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You understand the importance of office culture and collaboration, and you contribute positively to the work environment.

Desirable

While not required, experience in a hybrid workplace and familiarity with business operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in supporting executives in tech or fast-growing companies is a plus, as it equips you with the skills to navigate the unique challenges of this environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and maintain executive schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging calls, dinners, and events.
