Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Learning Management System Administrator to manage the LMS Intellum and enhance learning technologies. You'll work with Google Workspace and Smartsheet to develop policies and ensure system integrity. This role requires 5+ years of experience in program management.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your expertise includes setting up and managing Learning Management Systems, where you've structured learning environments by establishing user domains, permissions, and roles that align with business requirements. You have developed policies and procedures that ensure the consistent and secure use of learning technologies, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across various locations.

Your preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree, and you have 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. You are proficient with the Google Workspace set of tools and Smartsheet, which you leverage to enhance project management and communication. You possess a growth mindset and a strong belief in innovative approaches to education, understanding that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s addressed for all.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will coordinate efforts across different offices, time zones, and hemispheres, ensuring that all players are updated on progress and deadlines. In your capacity as an LMS Administrator, you will own the end-to-end management of the learning management system (LMS) Intellum, ensuring that tools are secure, accessible, and optimized for instructional designers.

You will evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to enhance automation, personalization, and data analytics across the learning and development ecosystem. Maintaining system integrity through rigorous security policies will be a key responsibility, as will recommending LMS solutions to track training and measure organizational performance. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you work to enhance the learning experience for all users.
