NETGEAR is seeking a Senior Sales Director for Enterprise Networking to lead growth in the U.S. commercial and enterprise networking business. This role requires experience in business transformation and partner ecosystem development.
You are a transformative and strategic leader with extensive experience in sales, particularly within the enterprise networking sector. You thrive in early-stage growth environments and possess the strategic patience and operational discipline needed to build high-performance organizations from the ground up. Your background includes a strong focus on recruiting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Systems Integrators, which is crucial for your success in this role. You lead from the front, engaging deeply in the field with partners and your team, ensuring a cohesive and scalable go-to-market strategy.
You have a proven track record of modernizing sales engines and developing scalable partner ecosystems. Your leadership style inspires high-performance teams, and you are passionate about technology and its potential to drive business transformation. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with broader business goals and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results.
Experience in SASE security and cloud-managed networking is highly desirable, as is a background in building systems and structures that support accelerated growth. In this role, you will lead the next phase of growth within NETGEAR's U.S. commercial and enterprise networking business. You will oversee field and inside sales, sales specialists, and partnerships with MSPs and DMRs, driving a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's transformation agenda, focusing on SASE security and upgraded cloud-managed networking solutions.
You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Engaging with partners and customers will be a key aspect of your role, as you work to modernize the sales engine and develop a scalable partner ecosystem. You will also have dotted line leadership with the U.S. systems engineering team, ensuring alignment between sales and technical teams.
