Overview

NICE is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead operational aspects of their SaaS platform, focusing on supportability, reliability, and scalability. This role requires collaboration with R&D and Cloud Operations teams to ensure high service levels in Financial Crime and Compliance management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Product Owner with a focus on SaaS platforms, bringing at least 5 years of experience in product management. Your expertise lies in operational workflows, ensuring that systems are not only functional but also efficient and scalable. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and operations teams to drive product success. You understand the importance of embedding compliance and security controls into workflows, ensuring that all processes adhere to regulatory standards. Your analytical mindset allows you to define and track key performance indicators, optimizing resource utilization and cost efficiency. You are passionate about delivering tools that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services sector is a plus, particularly in areas related to compliance and risk management. Familiarity with deployment automation and configuration management processes will set you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for translating complex technical requirements into actionable tasks. A background in cloud operations or infrastructure management will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Owner at NICE, you will lead the operational aspects of our SaaS platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of supportability, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with R&D and Cloud Operations teams to drive requirements and priorities for monitoring all operational aspects, including cost management and tenant administration. Your role will involve embedding auditing and compliance controls into operational workflows, significantly reducing risk and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for delivering onboarding tools and administrative consoles that streamline tenant setup and enhance operational efficiency for internal support teams. Additionally, you will implement deployment automation processes that shorten release cycles and minimize errors, optimizing resource utilization through measurable KPIs and proactive capacity planning. Your contributions will be critical in achieving high availability and reliability for our clients.
