Workforce Staffing Specialist

Who you are

You are a proactive individual with a keen interest in recruitment and staffing. You have a strong ability to assess candidate suitability and coordinate appointments effectively. Your organizational skills allow you to manage staffing orders and track application goals efficiently. You are comfortable using recruitment tools and can analyze and improve the recruiting funnel. You are also willing to travel as needed to support staffing initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Workforce Staffing Specialist, you will act as the operational lead for the recruitment process, serving as the first point of contact for candidates. You will assess candidates' suitability and coordinate their appointments while preparing employment contracts. You will regularly review the hiring process to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Your role will involve tracking daily application and hiring goals, escalating any deviations that may affect future staffing needs. You will create and manage plans to measure and analyze the recruiting funnel, maintaining and distributing weekly updated pipeline reports and staffing plans to stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate onboarding events and provide on-site support at job fairs, contributing to the overall success of HelloFresh.
