Coupang is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to lead Go-To-Market strategies and execute integrated marketing campaigns. You'll leverage skills in data analysis and partnership marketing to drive user acquisition and retention in Seoul.
You have over 7 years of marketing experience, particularly in launching new services and brands. Your strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities enable you to craft effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. You excel in leading projects and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals. Your problem-solving focus and quick execution skills make you a valuable asset in a fast-paced environment. You possess a strong understanding of B2B partnerships in a B2C context, which enhances your marketing strategies. Experience in payment-related businesses, particularly in fintech or platforms, is a plus. You are also familiar with financial partnerships and have a solid grasp of basic financial principles and data analysis techniques.
Having experience with SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and Tableau will set you apart. If you have worked directly with upper leadership and have experience executing projects based on the Plan-Do-See-Feedback loop, that would be advantageous.
In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of Go-To-Market marketing strategies for new business launches. You will design and manage integrated marketing communication campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining users. Your responsibilities will include establishing marketing KPIs, budgeting, and performance management, as well as deriving insights from campaign data. You will also develop paid media strategies and set up CRM tools to analyze and improve campaign performance. Continuous improvement based on customer insights will be a key focus as you launch new services and brand campaigns.
