Uber is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for their Uber for Business team to drive new business pipeline and account growth. You'll leverage your experience in the Brazilian market to build strategic relationships and achieve sales quotas. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a client-centric role focused on new business acquisition.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a client-centric role that includes new business acquisition at the Mid-Market or SMB level — your background has equipped you with the skills to creatively prospect into Mid-Market accounts with 500 to 5,000 employees. You possess strong presentation and verbal communication skills, approaching your work with a solution-oriented mindset that resonates with prospects and customers alike. Your experience selling into the Brazilian market has allowed you to build valuable relationships within the Mid-Market segment, positioning you as a trusted partner in driving growth.
You are adept at developing territory plans that align with business objectives, and you understand how to construct account plans that effectively break into whitespace accounts. Your ability to assess customers' evolving needs enables you to align Uber for Business's value proposition with their requirements, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
In this role, you will take ownership of building a new business pipeline, forecasting opportunities, and constructing territory and account plans to achieve your quota. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales motion for customers, which includes qualification, education, pricing and quoting, contract negotiation, and ultimately closing deals. Building strategic relationships with decision-makers will be a key focus, as you drive the growth of new business for Uber for Business.
You will continuously assess customers' evolving needs and align Uber for Business's value proposition accordingly. Regularly updating Salesforce (SFDC) will be part of your routine, as you provide opportunity status and participate in weekly forecasts and quarterly business reviews. Your proactive approach will ensure that you are always in tune with the market and your customers, allowing you to adapt your strategies as necessary.
