Vaco is hiring a TurboTax Training Associate to deliver engaging training sessions for team members. You'll utilize TurboTax knowledge and facilitate workshops to enhance client engagement. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in training.
You have 2+ years of experience as a Trainer or Learning Facilitator, demonstrating your ability to deliver effective training sessions. Your strong communication skills allow you to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners, ensuring that all trainees can grasp the material effectively. You possess in-depth knowledge of TurboTax and QuickBooks, which enables you to provide real-time guidance on functionality and troubleshooting. You are adept at evaluating trainee performance through various methods, including knowledge checks and feedback sessions, and you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and enhance materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering live, instructor-led training sessions that engage and educate new and existing team members. You will facilitate interactive workshops and Q&A sessions to reinforce key learning objectives, ensuring that trainees leave with a solid understanding of the material. You will provide hands-on demonstrations of QuickBooks features and workflows, addressing and resolving trainee questions related to product usage and common errors. Your role will also involve tracking attendance and trainee progress using designated training systems, as well as staying current on updates and new feature releases to ensure training accuracy. You will support continuous improvement by gathering feedback and recommending enhancements to training content and delivery methods.
