Your background includes cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, and containerization platforms, which you have leveraged to engage with and present to technical stakeholders and executive leaders. You are skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships from scratch, and you thrive on the excitement of developing Greenfield territories. Your experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms has equipped you with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.

You possess a solid grasp of security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing. This knowledge allows you to address customer concerns effectively and provide tailored solutions that enhance their cloud experience. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of listening to customer needs and delivering solutions that drive productivity, mobility, and collaboration.

What you'll do

As a Customer Engineer at Google, you will partner with technical sales teams to facilitate the adoption of Google Cloud products among educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses. In addition, you will liaise with product marketing management and engineering teams to stay informed about industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products. Your insights will help shape the future of Google Cloud offerings, making them more relevant and effective for customers.
