Block is seeking a Senior Business Lead for Affiliate & Ad Network Partnerships to oversee their US affiliate business. You'll drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with merchants and ad networks. This role requires strong leadership and negotiation skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within the tech or financial services sector. You possess a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and ad networks, and you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your leadership skills are exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can lead a team to success. You are adept at building and maintaining senior relationships with key stakeholders, and you excel in negotiating commercial deals that benefit all parties involved. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. You are passionate about redefining financial systems and making them accessible to everyone.
In this role, you will oversee the US affiliate business for Cash App, leading a team of five to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will drive the adoption of new Commerce Media initiatives, ensuring that they align with the overall strategy of Cash App. You will deepen relationships with merchants and ad networks, negotiating commercial deals that enhance our offerings and drive user engagement. You will analyze performance metrics to defend core performance and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure that our affiliate strategies are effectively integrated into our broader business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
