Samsara is hiring a Program Manager II to drive operational excellence and scalability across their global Sales organization. You'll support high-impact initiatives that improve sales productivity and streamline workflows. This role requires experience in program management and a focus on customer success.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer success or sales operations. You understand the importance of driving operational excellence and have a proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer-centric outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are data-driven and can analyze metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in customer success strategies. You are passionate about helping organizations harness IoT data to improve their operations and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to Samsara's mission.
Experience in the IoT industry or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will be beneficial. A background in data analysis or project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum would also be advantageous.
As a Program Manager II at Samsara, you will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Success Programs team. You will work closely with various teams to implement and manage programs that evolve and scale the Customer Success strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives that improve sales productivity and ensuring that post-sales teams are equipped to deliver consistent, customer-centric outcomes. You will analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. You will also track the success of these initiatives through data analysis, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Your role will involve regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for program objectives. You will contribute to the development of training materials and resources to enable teams to adopt new processes and tools effectively. Additionally, you will participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape the future direction of customer success at Samsara.
