Curri is seeking an Operations Associate for Specialty Onboarding to manage the onboarding process for specialty drivers and carrier partners. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and reliable service in key markets.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for specialty vehicle types, ensuring that drivers and carrier partners are brought on board quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with sales teams to manage onboarding requests and high-value customer workflows. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments to ensure that all necessary documentation and requirements are met for each driver and partner. You will monitor the onboarding process to identify any bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in strengthening Curri’s supply network by ensuring that the right drivers are available and prepared for their assignments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on onboarding metrics to help drive continuous improvement.
