Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop data-driven marketing campaigns that effectively drive user acquisition and retention. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your creativity shines through in your ability to craft compelling marketing messages that resonate with diverse audiences. You are comfortable analyzing data to inform your decisions and optimize campaign performance. You understand the importance of aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable

Experience in the streaming or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based business models. You have a knack for identifying market trends and leveraging them to create impactful marketing strategies. A background in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will enhance your ability to measure success and iterate on campaigns.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Subscriptions & Partner Marketing team at Roku, focusing on maximizing subscription growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will collaborate with external partners to create bespoke campaigns that drive sign-ups and enhance customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing promotional offers and large-scale activations that encourage users to explore Roku's platform-driven content. You will analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall user experience. Your leadership will inspire your team to think creatively and push the boundaries of traditional marketing approaches.
