What you'll do
As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the Hotel, Galley, and Bar departments. This includes managing guest cabins, laundry services, dining room service, and bar operations. You will ensure that all areas operate smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional experience for guests. You will also coordinate shore-side guest activities, such as beach barbeques, enhancing the overall guest experience.
