Syndigo is hiring a Billing and Collections Assistant to manage client invoices and settlements across its European companies. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in using Salesforce.
You are detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You have experience in billing and collections processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and settlements. You are familiar with Salesforce and can navigate its functionalities to check contract and order details. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate financial records and are committed to supporting the finance team in achieving its goals. You are a proactive communicator, able to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any billing issues that may arise. You are eager to learn and grow within the finance domain, contributing positively to the team culture.
In your role as a Billing and Collections Assistant, you will be responsible for issuing client invoices for all Syndigo European companies, ensuring that all billing processes are followed accurately. You will check all Closed Won Opportunities in Salesforce, verifying contracts and orders associated with each invoice. You will assist in the settlement of invoices, following up with clients as necessary to ensure timely payments. You will collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency. You will maintain accurate records of all transactions and assist in preparing reports for management review. You will also support the team in addressing any discrepancies or issues related to billing and collections, ensuring a smooth workflow.
