As a Compliance Analyst at Adyen, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchants comply with Card Scheme regulations. You will work closely with the LATAM Scheme Operations team based in São Paulo, collaborating with various teams such as Compliance, Sales, and Account Management. Your role will involve analyzing compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate non-compliance losses for Adyen and its clients. You will provide ongoing guidance to our teams, helping them understand compliance requirements and best practices. Additionally, you will support strategic business growth while meeting compliance goals, ensuring that our operations align with our risk appetite.
You will be involved in optimizing internal processes to enhance our compliance efforts, identifying scalable solutions that can be implemented across the organization. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing compliance risks and developing effective strategies to address them. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all teams understand their responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
