Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in e-commerce or retail environments — you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to craft roadmaps that resonate with local markets, ensuring that product offerings align with consumer needs.

You possess a strong analytical background — you are comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure the success of product features. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, enables you to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.

You are passionate about customer experience — you understand the nuances of user behavior and are committed to creating solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your experience in managing product lifecycles equips you to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive landscape.

Desirable

Experience in logistics or fulfillment is a plus, as it complements your understanding of the post-purchase journey. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will enhance your ability to refine product offerings based on real user feedback.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will define and execute a strategic roadmap tailored to the Taiwanese market, ensuring that Coupang's innovative e-commerce solutions resonate with local consumers.
