Enviva is seeking a Maintenance CMMS Coordinator to manage and maintain the CMMS system, optimizing facility management processes. You'll work with D365/Dynaway and provide training to stakeholders. This role requires experience with CMMS systems and strong communication skills.
You have experience managing a CMMS system, ideally D365/Dynaway or SAP, and understand the intricacies of facility management processes. Your superb written and verbal communication skills enable you to train key stakeholders effectively, ensuring compliance with system operations. You possess strong time-management and multitasking abilities, allowing you to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Proficiency in office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is second nature to you, and you have an aptitude for learning new software and systems. Your excellent computer skills are complemented by experience with Power BI, enhancing your ability to analyze data and generate reports.
In this role, you will serve as the owner of the CMMS system, managing and maintaining the program to optimize facility management processes regarding the use, maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets. You will facilitate the spare parts database in CMMS and collaborate with plants to set up new parts. Training will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will work with maintenance and management associates both virtually and at plant locations as needed. You will also collaborate with corporate IT to test and validate upgrades and changes to the system, ensuring its functionality and accuracy. Managing user rights and changes will be part of your daily tasks, requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
