Who you are

You are currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp, or you are a recent graduate within 6 months of your graduation. You are eager to apply your technical skills in a real-world corporate real estate environment and are excited about learning how workplace strategy, design, and operations intersect. You value collaboration and are looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive team environment.

Desirable

Experience or coursework related to workplace design or corporate real estate would be beneficial, but not required. A strong interest in financial services and a desire to contribute to innovative projects will set you apart.

What you'll do

As an Intern in Workplace Design at Wealthsimple, you will contribute to documentation and workplace design initiatives across active office projects and the existing portfolio. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you and provide guidance throughout your internship. Your role will involve hands-on tasks that allow you to apply your skills while learning about the complexities of workplace strategy and design.

You will participate in team meetings, collaborate on design projects, and assist in the development of strategies that enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the corporate real estate sector and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the workplace environment at Wealthsimple.
