What you'll do

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of security professionals dedicated to protecting Ripple from internal and external threats. You will drive the evolution of the Security Operations Center (SOC) by implementing best practices for incident response and threat detection. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and evaluation of security operations, ensuring that investigations and automation processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security measures into product development, ensuring that security is a priority from the outset. Additionally, you will oversee threat hunting initiatives and manage legal holds and forensic investigations as needed. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a proactive security culture across the organization.
