Your experience includes executing tactical implementations that enhance customer experiences across various touchpoints. In this role, you will be responsible for driving content experimentation initiatives that enhance customer messaging and experiences throughout the Prime lifecycle. You will collaborate with various locale marketing teams to plan and execute experimentation roadmaps based on market-specific insights. Your responsibilities will include ideating on content experiments, setting up Onsite and Outbound campaigns, and analyzing results to provide actionable insights into performance. You will play a key role in optimizing customer experiences by implementing multi-step journey experiments tailored to specific marketplaces. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of Amazon's Prime service, ensuring that it continues to delight millions of members worldwide.
