dLocal is seeking a Head of Product – Payments Growth to lead the strategy and innovation of their payment methods portfolio. This role requires deep payments expertise and a strategic mindset to create category-leading products.
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly within the payments sector, and possess a strategic mindset that allows you to navigate complex market dynamics. Your experience includes leading product teams and driving innovation in payment solutions, ensuring exceptional user experiences and high conversion rates. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Experience in fintech or payments processing is highly desirable, as is familiarity with regulatory environments in various countries. You have a strong understanding of user needs and market trends, which enables you to develop products that resonate with customers. A background in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making will set you apart, as you will be expected to leverage data to inform product strategy and execution.
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of dLocal's payments growth initiatives, focusing on developing innovative payment products that cater to the unique needs of emerging markets. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development aligns with business goals and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting market research, and analyzing user feedback to drive continuous improvement. You will also be tasked with managing stakeholder relationships and communicating product vision and strategy to internal and external partners.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will involve setting performance metrics and KPIs to measure product success and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Additionally, you will mentor and guide product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
