Shiftsmart is seeking a Senior / Staff Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable labor solutions using advanced machine learning techniques. You'll work with Python, TensorFlow, and AWS to develop innovative tools for workforce management. This role requires significant experience in machine learning and cloud technologies.
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale. Your expertise in Python is complemented by hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, allowing you to build robust solutions that drive business impact. You are comfortable working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and understand how to leverage cloud services for machine learning applications. Your analytical skills enable you to work with large datasets, and you are proficient in SQL for data manipulation and querying. You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You are passionate about continuous learning and are eager to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
Experience with MLOps practices and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data engineering concepts. You may also have experience in developing algorithms for optimization and predictive modeling, which will enhance your contributions to our projects.
