You have 5+ years of experience in business strategy or analytics, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving data-driven decisions. You excel in performance monitoring and have a strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, particularly A/B testing. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across various functions.
You are adept at overseeing operational readiness and performance monitoring, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality insights that inform strategic decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and client operations teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
