Range is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager, Operational Improvement to build and maintain operational compliance processes. You'll work closely with Compliance leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure regulatory requirements are met. This role requires experience in compliance management and operational improvement.
You have a strong background in regulatory compliance management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You understand the complexities of compliance and are skilled at building processes that ensure adherence to evolving regulations. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to effectively communicate compliance needs and drive operational improvements. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for documentation, ensuring that compliance processes are predictable and scalable. As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, Operational Improvement, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operational compliance cadence that supports Range’s growth. You will work closely with Compliance leadership to ensure that supervision, testing, registrations, and regulatory change management are executed consistently. Your role will involve monitoring regulatory changes and adapting compliance processes accordingly. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into operational workflows. Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting compliance processes and creating training materials for staff to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance standards. You will also analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
