Okta is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for their Infrastructure offerings. You'll work closely with product management, engineering, and sales to enhance Okta's position as a leading identity provider. This role requires extensive experience in product marketing and strategic messaging.
You have extensive experience in product marketing, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on infrastructure and security solutions. You possess a strategic mindset and are adept at defining and executing go-to-market strategies that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, is a key strength, allowing you to effectively elevate product messaging and positioning.
You are a lifelong learner who embraces diverse perspectives and experiences, understanding that innovation often comes from varied viewpoints. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Terraform integrations and familiarity with compliance standards are highly desirable. In this role, you will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Okta’s core Infrastructure and Trust offerings. You will lead the development of product messaging and positioning that resonates with developers and infrastructure teams, ensuring that Okta's solutions are perceived as essential for building secure identity infrastructures. You will collaborate closely with product management to understand the technical aspects of the offerings and translate them into compelling marketing narratives.
You will work with sales teams to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively communicate the value of Okta's infrastructure solutions to potential customers. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and identify new opportunities for growth.
