Overview

Teya is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to engage with gastro entrepreneurs over the phone and email. You'll help clients understand their needs and provide solutions, even without prior sales experience.

Who you are

You enjoy working with people and have a passion for the gastro industry — whether you've worked in a bar, restaurant, or café, your experience with customers is valuable. You thrive on communication and are not afraid to pick up the phone to connect with potential clients. You're looking for a fresh start or a change in your career, and you have the drive to learn and improve your skills. Being open and friendly is part of who you are, and while experience in sales is a plus, it's not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll communicate with clients primarily through phone calls and emails, reaching out to potential clients who have already shown interest in our services. Your responsibilities will include assisting existing clients in expanding their services through upselling and scheduling meetings for field colleagues. You'll be trained on all aspects of the job, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this office-based position.
