In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, setting clear production and quality goals that must be met or exceeded. You will engage with your team regularly, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring that the Inspection Center operates smoothly. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the inspection process aligns with overall company objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
