You have a proven track record in engineering management, particularly in security incident response, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams. You are hands-on and enjoy diving into technical challenges, helping your team to develop tools and automation that enhance efficiency in incident response. Your experience includes working with key stakeholders to align efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that the team is focused on the right priorities. You are adaptable and thrive in a hybrid workplace, balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively.

Desirable

Experience with incident response tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with resilience engineering practices. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can measure improvements in incident response capabilities. A background in security engineering or related fields will help you contribute to the team's mission.
