You have a proven track record of supporting impactful proof of concepts (PoCs) and facilitating product enhancements. Experience in public safety technology or related fields is a plus. What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Axon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales campaign by communicating the value of and deploying Axon’s products and solutions to public safety agencies across Germany. You will engage directly with customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Axon’s solutions can meet those needs effectively. Your technical expertise will be essential in guiding customers through the installation and configuration processes, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to influence product enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands. Your insights will help shape the future of Axon’s offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technology in the public safety sector. You will also be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, empowering customers to maximize the value of their investment in Axon’s solutions.

In this customer-facing role, you will be a quota-carrying member of the sales team, directly contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers will be key to your success, as you work to establish trust and credibility in your role as a technical advisor.
