Who you are

You have a strong background in IT support, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at troubleshooting technical issues and providing exceptional user support, ensuring that employees have the tools they need to succeed. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to guide new hires through their onboarding process and assist team members with their technical challenges. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within IT operations and are eager to contribute to building better systems that enhance productivity.

Desirable

Experience with various IT support tools and ticketing systems is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services and software solutions relevant to the insurance industry would be beneficial. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies as they emerge, ensuring that you stay ahead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

What you'll do

As a Senior IT Support Engineer at Assured, you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests from employees. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
