Crusoe is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician I to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of their power facility in Abilene, TX. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment critical to the facility's operations.
You are a dedicated technician with a strong background in operations and maintenance, particularly in power generation facilities. You have experience operating and maintaining complex systems such as gas and steam turbines, generators, and water treatment equipment. Your commitment to safety and environmental compliance is unwavering, and you thrive in a hands-on role where you can make a tangible impact on plant reliability. You possess strong troubleshooting skills and are capable of identifying and resolving issues with minimal guidance. You are authorized to work in the USA and are eager to contribute to a team that is at the forefront of sustainable technology.
In this role, you will operate and maintain a Combined Cycle power generating facility, ensuring that all auxiliary equipment, including heat recovery steam generators and fire suppression systems, is functioning optimally. You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and executing repairs as needed. Your technical troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you identify and resolve issues with various mechanical and electrical systems.
