Chime is seeking a Director of People Strategy & Programs to lead the People PMO and drive alignment across People functions. This role requires deep HR expertise and strong business acumen, with a salary range starting at $193,860 up to $274,700.
You are a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading people strategy initiatives. You have a proven track record of translating organizational goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across various teams. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand the broader implications of HR strategies on company performance. You thrive in high-visibility environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving results. You possess excellent program management skills and are adept at measuring performance to ensure successful execution of people initiatives. You are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and lead hands-on execution when necessary. You understand the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture and are committed to making the People function a competitive advantage for the organization.
Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus. Familiarity with change leadership and performance measurement frameworks will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are also open to innovative approaches in people management and are eager to implement best practices that can elevate the employee experience.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end People Strategy roadmap, translating Chime’s People strategy into integrated, executable priorities across People teams. You will lead the People PMO, overseeing intake, prioritization, portfolio management, and delivery of enterprise-wide People initiatives. Your leadership will ensure disciplined execution of People programs through strong program management practices. You will act as a strategic integrator across People functions, driving alignment and measurable impact. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the People strategy and ensure it aligns with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance, ultimately contributing to Chime's success.
