What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Kiavi, you will take ownership of significant components of our loan origination platform, ensuring that they are architected for scalability and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve designing and implementing new features, as well as optimizing existing ones to improve performance and user experience.

You will champion code quality within the team, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to your peers. Your focus on test automation will help ensure that our software is robust and free of defects, allowing us to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.
