You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the advertising space. You are excited about building innovative ad formats and have a keen understanding of how to enhance user experience while driving business outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and iterate on features. You are adaptable and willing to embrace an agile mindset, rapidly prototyping and testing ideas to improve the product offering.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy for innovative ad formats across Netflix’s platforms, including Desktop, Mobile, and TV. You will manage products from concept to launch, ensuring that features are delivered iteratively to address business challenges. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop and refine product specifications, ensuring that the final product meets both user needs and business objectives. You will conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in the market. You will also be involved in defining success metrics and tracking performance post-launch to inform future iterations. Your role will require you to operate with an agile mindset, willing to rapidly prototype, test, and improve our product offering. You will celebrate diversity within the team, recognizing that diverse perspectives lead to stronger products.
