Overview

Meta is seeking a Supply Chain Lead for Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction to manage partnerships with designers, engineers, and contractors. This role requires strong strategic management skills and offers a remote work option with travel.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in supply chain management, particularly in the context of data center design and construction. Your experience includes collaborating with diverse teams of designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success. You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at managing stakeholders across various regions and time zones. You understand the importance of capacity availability and capital conservatism in building mission-critical infrastructure. Your strategic mindset allows you to spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Desirable

Experience in telecommunications and structured cabling infrastructure is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in data center operations and construction will set you apart. You are comfortable with remote work and have the ability to travel as needed to support North American operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and management framework for Meta's data center supply chain. You will work closely with a network of designers, engineers, general contractors, and telecom partners to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle of data center projects, from initial design through to construction and operational readiness. You will be tasked with ensuring that all infrastructure meets high availability standards and is capable of supporting Meta's extreme growth demands. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
