You'll work with technologies like JavaScript, React, and Node.js to create impactful solutions. This role requires a passion for data and innovative product development.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in full-stack development, with experience in building scalable applications that handle large datasets. You are comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies, and you have a keen interest in analytics and data visualization. Your ability to think critically and creatively allows you to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet user needs.

You are proficient in JavaScript and have experience with frameworks such as React for building dynamic user interfaces. Your familiarity with Node.js enables you to create robust server-side applications. You understand the importance of performance optimization and are skilled in writing clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality products. Your strong communication skills help you articulate your ideas and contribute to team discussions effectively. You are eager to learn and grow, always seeking opportunities to expand your skill set and stay updated with industry trends.

Desirable

Experience with data analytics tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure. Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB, will also be beneficial in this role. If you have a background in agile methodologies, that would enhance your ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Developer at WalkMe, you will be an integral part of the analytics team, responsible for developing and maintaining the Real-Time Analytics Platform. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve designing and implementing features that provide valuable insights to both customers and internal stakeholders.

You will work on enhancing the user experience by creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations that make complex data easily understandable. Your expertise in JavaScript and React will be crucial in building responsive front-end components that engage users and facilitate data exploration.

On the back end, you will develop APIs and services using Node.js, ensuring that data is processed efficiently and securely. You will also be involved in database design and optimization, working with data storage solutions to ensure high availability and performance.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Your input will help shape the technical direction of the team and ensure that best practices are followed. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.

We offer a collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the freedom to explore new technologies and approaches.
