You have experience with distributed systems and delivering internet services at scale — you've tackled challenges in maintaining high availability and performance in complex environments. You are skilled in Linux and have a strong understanding of monitoring solutions that ensure operational excellence. Your background includes incident management, where you've effectively coordinated responses to production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services. You thrive in collaborative environments, able to influence both technical and non-technical teams to achieve common goals. You enjoy creating and delivering presentations that communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. You are comfortable with rotating on-call shifts, understanding the importance of being available to address critical issues as they arise.
