Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Painter to join their team in Old Hickory, TN. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to prepare vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive painting. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of attention to detail in achieving a flawless finish. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with your colleagues to ensure the best results. As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to ensure a perfect match for each vehicle. You will work inside our state-of-the-art paint booths, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and meet the company's quality standards.
