ComplyAdvantage is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO & President, GTM. You'll optimize executive schedules, manage logistics for key meetings, and support program initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
You have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at anticipating the needs of executives, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities. Your attention to detail allows you to prepare comprehensive briefing materials and manage logistics for important meetings effectively. You are proactive in identifying gaps and dependencies, ensuring that all necessary preparations are in place before meetings occur. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to connect with various teams and facilitate collaboration across the organization. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with program management principles. You may have a background in supporting C-suite executives and understand the nuances of executive communication and decision-making processes.
